My name is Marion Barral (view my Google + profile) and I am passionate about food, wine and the environment. After having worked three years in the wine trade in the UK, I now have what I call “My Dream Job”: I travel the world selling wines from the South of France. This job allows me to come back to my roots (I come from a wine producing family) while giving me the chance to discover other countries, cultures and languages. This is something I try to share in my blog in my photos. The envrionment is alos important to me. As a matter of fact, I started my career working in an environmental consultancy in Paris. In both my work and my daily life, I try to have an “eco-approach” to life. This is the reason wy I publish my recipes on my blog. I always try to avoid food waste and I cook using local and seasonal ingredients in order to minimze my food habits’ impacts on climate change.
