Savoury cake your way (base + variants)
This is an easy and quick recipe that you can adapt depending on what you like… and what is left in your fridge! Perfect for a summer apéritif or picnic.
Base /h2>
- 3 eggs
- 1 yoghurt (keep the pot that you will use to measure the other ingredients)
- 3 yoghurt pots of flour
- 1 yoghurt pots of oil
- 1 bag of baking soda (7 g)
Mix all gently, adding the baking soda at the end. Cook for about 35 minutes at 200°C.
Variants
- Chicken, turkey, olives, smoked salmon, chorizo, grated carrots, grilled sweet peppers, mushrooms, tuna, cheese, etc.
- Oil: olive, séesame, grape seed, walnut, etc.
- Flour: complète, de sarrasin, chataîgne, riz, etc.
- Spices, herbs & seasoning: paprika, curry, cumin, mustard, pesto, tomato concentrate, capers, basil, chive, thyme…
Try not to exceed 1/3 filling (in volume) for 2/3 of base.
